Lokken recorded a drag performer's June 2022 Pride in the Park set and sent the video to blogger Summer Bushnell.
Bushnell posted a blurred edit claiming it covered "fully exposed genitals."

Bushnell testified she got the video from "Jeremy," "a local videographer," and said "it appears that his name is Lokken" (p. 65). She first knew him as "Jeremy Ludd." She said he told her to look for the "wardrobe malfunction" he saw (pp. 64-65, 68, 72).
