The Kootenai County Republican Central Committee is the official Republican Party for Kootenai County. Its job is to run fair, neutral primary elections. Instead, it campaigns against Republicans it doesn't approve of, spending party money to defeat Republicans. The main tool is sending out a red card, not to inform voters, but to dictate the vote.
